LG G6 renders leaked images ahead of its launch

Multiple leaks of the new LG G6 has started surfacing the web recently. We already know that the latest flagship will be released around the MWC 2017. Latest leaks featured has hinted about the new design language and looks of the upcoming smartphone.


The flagship is rumored to have the latest Snapdragon 835 SoC paired up with up to 6 GB of RAM and having storage variant of up to 128 GB. Few also suggest that LG might disappoint their users with an old Snapdragon 821 processor but its hard to determine till the technical details are leaked. Latest leaks have also rendered the images of the new Lg G6 and as we are approaching the launch of the flagship, the numbers are increasing.

According to the images leaked, the new LG flagship will boast an all metal design and a brushed metallic back with a dual camera and fingerprint sensor setup at its back. The company has put up a rounded edged display which has a screen to body ratio of 90%. The display will be a 5.7-inch one with a 2K resolution panel but will be flat and not sport a 2.5D edge. On the right, you get the SIM tray with the Micro SD slot and on the left, you get the volume keys. LG hasn’t ditched the 3.5mm jack yet and it will sit at the top of the device next to its secondary microphone. At the bottom, you have the speaker grill to the right of the USB Type-C charging port.

Previous rumors also suggest that the device will be IP68 certified and will be loaded with the latest Android Nougat out of the box. Though there are not many technical specifications available at this moment but we expect them to be coming soon. Till then stay tuned.
